Wolsing Trails
Notice: Beginning in December 2020 we will be working to improve the trails at Wolsing Woods. Guests should be aware sections of the trails may be closed for work over the next couple of months. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Wolsing Trails is a 42 acre property around the Banklick Creek in Independence, KY. This land was donated for conservation by Mr. George Wolsing in 2006.
In 2012, with the purchase of the Whispering Woods property, an additional 1000 linear feet of buffer along Banklick Creek was preserved. In early 2019, a wetland was constructed on the western part of the property to create ecological habitat and create on-site water retention. ![]()
